The day
In August 2019, real bride Gemma married at St Benets RC Church in Sunderland, followed by a reception at Crook Hall and Gardens in Durham. She wore a floaty embroidered Frock and Frill dress accessorised with her mother's bracelet and garter, paired with Britten's silk style drape veil, Saffron, in cathedral length with custom yellow embroidery to tie in with the wedding's sunshine-yellow colour theme.
