Only verified buyers. Published as it arrives — five stars or one.
Every Britten order is followed by a review invitation a few weeks after delivery, collected independently through Yotpo. The Etsy, Google and Trustpilot counts above live on those platforms, where we couldn't edit them even if we wanted to.
Reviews aren't marketing to us — they're quality control. Each one is read in our Bath studio, and almost nine in ten receive a personal reply, usually from Sarah herself. You'll see some of them below, kisses and all.

I struggled to find a veil with dainty pearls until I found Britten weddings. The pearls were very small and flat on one side. Perfect for achieving my barely there vision of a veil with some texture but not super obvious. The veil was the perfect final touch to making me feel like a princess on my special day.

I couldn’t be happier with my veil, when deciding on my wedding outfit I was concious of budget so chose to go for an affordable dress but treated myself to this veil because I could see the craftsmanship and quality and knew it would elevate my entire outfit. It arrived beautifully packaged and the comb was sturdy and comfortable and I couldn’t have been happier. I got so many compliments on my veil and I know I will treasure it forever as a keepsake of my special day!

Usually it's a thank-you. Sometimes it's a refund already made, bigger samples in the post, or an email changed the same day a bride pointed out the problem. Two real exchanges, word for word.
Lovely garter and very happy with it however i’ve given you a 3 star as think you should consider been more “sensitive” arond the postage, specifically the packaging!! You’ve basically ruined the surprise the minute it was delivered, which is a shame as have taken the edge of what was going to be a lovely suprise gift. Im certain im not the only one who would have suffered this. Nick

Disappointed with this veil . The material was not of the quality I was expecting and was more of a open weave netting . It was rather too stiff and coarse . I was refunded very quickly though .
The studio replied — the next day
Sorry to read this Karen, our traditional veiling tulle is indeed quite stiff - that is how you get the 'body' and shape required for that classic veil look. Did you spot our silk style tulle? It may be more to your taste as is softer and with less structure. Do get in touch if we can be of any help! x

Unbelievable customer service
Sarah was so helpful and patient with me. I had several questions and she responded very quickly. I ordered samples to compare colors and to see quality of fabric before purchasing a veil for my daughter. The samples are beautifully finished and packaged. They made it easy to pick the perfect shade. I highly recommend getting the samples first-they gave me confidence in my final decision! Thank you Sarah!!
Absoloutely beautiful
I wanted somthing light and barely there with good quality material and I got just that. So beautifully put together and gorgeous feel to the materiel. Its certainly made my wedding outfit complete.

Light and beautiful veil
I wasn't planning to wear a veil at all - I was nervous it wouldn't go with my dress - so ordering the Ilona was a last-minute decision, about two weeks or so before the wedding. It arrived promptly, and the elbow-length version fit beautifully and went with the dress far better than I'd expected.
