Every veil is made by hand in Bath once you order. These times cover making your veil and delivering it to you.

Included with both: full insurance, all duties and taxes paid, and luxury packaging.
Fabric samples
Veil fabric samples are delivered by Royal Mail and Australia Post for $9.96 in 10 to 12 working days, or by DHL Express for $35.95 in 2 to 3 working days. Hold the tulle against your dress in daylight before you choose ivory or off-white.

Leave the tag on. We can't refund a piece that comes back with its tag removed.
Take your time trying your veil with your dress. If it is not quite right, send it back to us with a note. We cover the cost.

Will I pay duties or taxes?
No. Duties and taxes are paid before your veil leaves Bath, on both options, so there is nothing to pay on arrival.
When is the order cut-off?
Orders placed before 2pm UK time start the next working day. Weekends and UK bank holidays are not working days in Bath.
Does embroidery take longer?
No. Personalised embroidery does not add to the making time.
Is my veil insured?
Yes. Both options are fully insured and tracked from Bath to your door.
What if it is late?
If it has not arrived by the latest date, send us a message and we will chase it with the courier.
