Solo compradoras verificadas. Se publica tal como llega: cinco estrellas o una.
Unas semanas después de la entrega, cada pedido de Britten recibe una invitación para dejar una reseña, que se recoge de forma independiente a través de Yotpo. Los recuentos de Etsy, Google y Trustpilot que ves arriba viven en esas plataformas, donde no podríamos editarlos aunque quisiéramos.
Para nosotras las reseñas no son marketing, son control de calidad. Cada una se lee en nuestro taller de Bath, y casi nueve de cada diez reciben una respuesta personal, normalmente de la propia Sarah. Abajo verás algunas, con sus besos y todo.

I struggled to find a veil with dainty pearls until I found Britten weddings. The pearls were very small and flat on one side. Perfect for achieving my barely there vision of a veil with some texture but not super obvious. The veil was the perfect final touch to making me feel like a princess on my special day.

Lovely garter and very happy with it however i’ve given you a 3 star as think you should consider been more “sensitive” arond the postage, specifically the packaging!! You’ve basically ruined the surprise the minute it was delivered, which is a shame as have taken the edge of what was going to be a lovely suprise gift. Im certain im not the only one who would have suffered this. Nick

Disappointed with this veil . The material was not of the quality I was expecting and was more of a open weave netting . It was rather too stiff and coarse . I was refunded very quickly though .

Sorry to read this Karen, our traditional veiling tulle is indeed quite stiff - that is how you get the 'body' and shape required for that classic veil look. Did you spot our silk style tulle? It may be more to your taste as is softer and with less structure. Do get in touch if we can be of any help! x

Unbelievable customer service
Sarah was so helpful and patient with me. I had several questions and she responded very quickly. I ordered samples to compare colors and to see quality of fabric before purchasing a veil for my daughter. The samples are beautifully finished and packaged. They made it easy to pick the perfect shade. I highly recommend getting the samples first-they gave me confidence in my final decision! Thank you Sarah!!
Absoloutely beautiful
I wanted somthing light and barely there with good quality material and I got just that. So beautifully put together and gorgeous feel to the materiel. Its certainly made my wedding outfit complete.

I wasn't planning to wear a veil at all - I was nervous it wouldn't go with my dress - so ordering the Ilona was a last-minute decision, about two weeks or so before the wedding. It arrived promptly, and the elbow-length version fit beautifully and went with the dress far better than I'd expected.
