Shipping is FREE for orders over $100 and takes approx. 5 - 7 working days from order. Orders under $100 cost $8.
Let us know if you have a tight deadline! Shipments are tracked, signed for and completely guaranteed.
All orders are shipped from the UK. Deliveries are not currently experiencing any hold ups or charges but this can change at any time.
Customers are responsible for paying any import duties or taxes levied by the United States government.
Exchanges and returns are easy and no quibble...
You can exchange or return any order (exc bespoke) for any reason at all. You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to let us know you would like to return it and a further 14 days to get it back to us. You will have to pay the postage, we recommend a signed for postage service, the USPS will be happy to advise.
Please make sure your return is clearly labeled as returned goods. We will not be held responsible for any customs charges on returned items that are subject to a fee because of incorrect labeling and you may be charged.
Any item returned needs to be unused, with any tags attached and in it's packaging. Earrings cannot be removed from their packaging.
