'Dorothy' is a classic and beautiful hand crafted veil with a juliet cap. Dorothy is made with our silk style tulle. The cap attaches to your head via two combs above each ear. This is a traditional vintage look, dating from 16th century England. It is believed the design dates to actors performing Juliet in the original performances of Shakespeare's 'Romeo & Juliet'.
Our fingertip veils are 122cm long, ballet length 150cm, floor length 200cm long, church length 250cm and cathedral length 300cm (more info). Thank you so much to Irena K Photography and Louise Beukes for the second image.
Traditionally handcrafted in our boutique/workshop near Bath, England. The English made tulle, attached to two silver plated combs, is the finest quality. We use luxurious boxes to keep your Britten veil safe. Inside this box you'll find your veil nestled in soft tissue paper. Make sure you buy the correct storage option for your veil.
