- Order & office co-ordinator [full time]. This person will be responsible for all the day to day processes of getting bridal orders made and delivered in the time allowed. To include collating orders, allocating work to staff, ordering supplies, monitoring despatch and customer service issues. This person will also host ad-hoc appointments with brides and be required to work occasional Saturdays helping brides during planned appointments. We are a 'zero defect' company so aim for perfection - you should enjoy such ambitious aims! Ideally you'll have some relevant experience and strong IT skills.
- Seasonal packaging & dispatch administrator [full time]. May- August. This person, under the supervision of our order & office co-ordinator (see above), combines products with the correct packaging and manages the despatch process with Royal Mail. This role requires attention to detail and some IT skills.
