Who unveils the bride?

There are no real rules when it come to unveiling the bride. Many people feel that it is traditional for the father to raise the blusher of his daughter's veil when they reach the alter before handing her to the groom. However, lots of brides choose to leave the veil down until after the vows, when the groom lifts the blusher for the first married kiss. The most important thing is to feel comfortable, so ultimately the decision is entirely yours! x

Have just returned from Sydney and recently moved to Bradford on Avon with my Fiancee and adorable puppy Dizzee. My hobbies include travelling and exploring new places, walking my puppy and baking delicious treats. I love nothing more than a cold mojito and catching up with friends over dinner, I am most likely to be found at the Bunch of Grapes. Having been engaged for nearly 2 years I am currently starting to plan my own big day.
