All of our pieces are handmade to order, this is included in the delivery times below.

Standard delivery takes up to 14 working days from order and costs £3.85. Rush delivery takes up to 5 working days and costs £29.80. The charge covers speedy delivery and also bumps your order to the top of our making list.

Deliveries are tracked, signed for and completely guaranteed.

We'll happily ship our accessories and veils almost anywhere in the world, do get in touch and we can sort a quote for you and let you know how long it may take! 

Exchanges and returns are easy.

You can exchange or return any order (excluding bespoke and customised pieces). You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you would like to return it and a further 14 days to get it back to us. You will have to pay the postage.

The following items are non-returnable:

• All custom orders

• Pure silk tulle veils and intricate lace edged veils - these veils are made to your order specifications and therefore are bespoke items and non refundable. We do not hold any stock at all. Items that are non refundable are detailed within the product listing so please read carefully.
