These veils are not organza. They are pure silk tulle, and we would rather tell you at the top of the page than have you find out later. Organza is a plain-woven cloth of fine, hard-twisted yarns. Crush a handful and it springs back. It holds a shape rather than falling into one, and keeps a visible edge wherever it stops. Useful in a bodice or a sleeve. Close to the opposite of what most brides want from a veil.
Silk tulle is a fine net rather than a woven cloth, so it has no rigid grain and gives in every direction. It moulds over the shoulders, follows the line of the dress, and pools on the floor instead of standing away from it. A woven surface reflects, so organza reads as a second sheet laid over the gown. A mesh diffuses, so silk tulle reads as light rather than as fabric. If you have been searching for a silk organza bridal veil, that is the behaviour you were describing.
Neither term is standardised. Both are trade coinages for an organza finished to be soft and fluid instead of crisp — liquid for the way it moves, super for an unusually fine grade. The words exist to promise that this organza behaves the way organza normally does not. Organza has to be sold as liquid because it is not. Silk tulle needs no adjective.

Clara is the plainest, one tier and a cut edge, which makes it the easy choice over a dress that already carries lace or beading. All three come in ivory and off white, in lengths from ballet through to cathedral, and each is cut to the length you choose rather than pulled from a shelf. Are these veils made of silk organza? No. Every veil on this page is pure silk tulle. We do not make veils in organza. We show the pure silk range here because the intent overlaps almost exactly. If you need a crisp woven organza, we are not the right maker for you.
What is the difference between organza and tulle? Organza is a woven cloth, tulle is a net, and everything else follows. Organza holds volume, stands away from the body, and frays if cut, so it needs a hemmed edge. Tulle gives in every direction and can be cut and left, so it settles into the dress rather than sitting on top of it.
Is liquid organza the same as silk tulle? No, though the wish behind them is the same. Liquid organza is a woven organza softened until it drapes. Silk tulle begins where that finishing runs out, and it is silk throughout.
Can I feel the silk before I order? Yes. We sell a pure silk tulle sample so you can hold the fabric against your dress before committing to a length.
It's almost impossible to judge veil colour accurately from a designer dress photo — lighting, editing and screen settings all change how it appears. Designer colour names aren't reliable either: what one brand calls ivory, another calls white or off-white.
Our veils are offered in up to three shades:
Off-white — our palest shade. A soft, clean bridal white with very little warmth or creaminess.
Ivory — warmer and creamier. Best suited to gowns with a soft or traditional ivory tone.
Champagne — warmer still, with a soft golden tone. Pairs well with champagne, blush or warm-ivory gowns.
