Our beautiful Real Bride Bryony was wed to new hubby Martin on the 30th of August 2021, after having their wedding date pushed back a full year due to the pandemic. The couple were married in the gorgeous orangery at Syrencot, Wiltshire, and had all their special moments captured by fantastic photographer Elena Popa.
Bryony wore a stunning lacey gown by Willowby Watters, which was complimented by our Silk style, single tier wedding veil ‘Isabella’, in off-white. To add something special and personal to the veil, Bryony deiced to have her and her partner’s name, as well as their long-awaited wedding date, embroidered into onto the veil.
Bryony said that her morning getting ready with friends was calm and serene, really setting the tone for the day. Posies, by the talented florists at Fall into Flowers, in hand, they set off on the short walk to the aisle where Bryony linked up with her Dad to walk to the alter.
At the reception, Bryony's mum gave a beautiful reading, which she wrote herself. She has given us the first and last paragraphs to share, as they really are quite special:
This couple sailed off into the sunset to the tune of Coldplay’s ‘Sky Full Of Stars’ with a UK-based honeymoon in the Lake District followed by Edinburgh.
Pandemic restrictions may have pushed the date back on this wedding, but it certainly didn’t stop this couple from creating a beautiful and memorable day to treasure for years to come.
