Please read all the information on this page before placing your order. By placing an order, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to all the information below.

Rush orders:
If you need to receive your piece quickly, purchase ‘rush order’ delivery, this will put your order to the front of our order queue.

Shipping Information:
Your piece will be made to order and will then be shipped to you. To see current production times please see here

UK shipping:

Pieces are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For in the UK, which takes 1-2 working days.

International shipping:
Pieces are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. You can check the royal mail website for current delivery times here. 

Customs:

All orders are shipped with the real value declared on the customs form. The importing country may charge the buyer customs duties and taxes, which must be paid by the buyer and are not the seller's responsibility.

We are not responsible for any unforeseen delays due to Customs holding your parcel for longer than is usual. Delays at Customs are totally out of our control so please ensure you allow extra time when you order your item.

Returns and exchanges:

You can exchange or return any order (excluding bespoke and customised pieces). You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you would like to return it and a further 14 days to get it back to us. You will have to pay the postage.

The following items are non-returnable:

• All custom orders

• Pure silk tulle veils and intricate lace edged veils - these veils are made to your order specifications and therefore are bespoke items and non refundable. We do not hold any stock at all. Items that are non refundable are detailed within the product listing so please read carefully.
