Welcome! We send many of our pieces to Canada, you'll find the information you need below. If you still have questions give us a call 0044 1225 864106. We are on GMT (London time!) and in the office between 9.30am and 5pm.
All our prices are shown in £GBP, use Google's currency converter to check the cost in $CAD.
Shipping is £12.80 and takes approx 12 working days from order.
Let us know if you have a tight deadline! Shipments are tracked & signed for, shipped from the UK and the responsibility of the customer once despatched. Deliveries are not currently experiencing any hold ups or charges but this can change at any time. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties or taxes levied by the Canadian government.
Exchanges and returns are easy and no quibble...
You can exchange or return any order (exc bespoke) for any reason at all. You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to let us know you would like to return it and a further 14 days to get it back to us. You will have to pay the postage, we reccommend a signed for postage service, Canada Post will be happy to advise.
Please make sure your return is clearly labeled as returned goods. We will not be held responsible for any customs charges on returned items that are subject to a fee because of incorrect labeling and you may be charged.
Any item returned needs to be unused, with any tags attached and in it's packaging. Earrings cannot be removed from their packaging.
