• Veil samples are delivered FREE in up to 5 working days.

Exchanges & returns are easy

You can return your item within 30 days and we'll give you a refund or exchange.

The following exclusions apply.

• Bespoke and personalised items.
  
• Some pure silk and lace edged veils (see product descriptions)

The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in a condition enabling us to sell it as new. 

We recommend you use a tracked and signed for delivery service for your returns, we cannot take responsibility for returned items not received.
